A parent or legal guardian must complete registrations, provide consent, and enter into agreements for a minor.

  1. TRIAL CLASSES AND PROGRAM REGISTRATION

Submitting a trial-class request or other online form does not guarantee availability, enrollment, or acceptance into a particular class or program.

We may contact you to confirm eligibility, availability, scheduling, and any requirements that must be completed before participation.

All participants may be required to complete a separate registration agreement, liability waiver, health disclosure, and other documentation before participating.

  1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND PARTICIPATION

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, mixed martial arts, fitness training, and related activities involve physical contact and inherent risks.

Participation is subject to separate releases, waivers, gym rules, and membership agreements. Nothing on this website replaces or modifies those documents.

Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning a new exercise or martial arts program if you have questions about your health or ability to participate safely.

  1. MEMBERSHIPS, PAYMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Membership prices, billing terms, cancellation requirements, freezes, renewals, refunds, and other financial obligations are governed by the membership agreement or purchase terms presented when you enroll.

Submitting an inquiry, requesting a trial, or consenting to receive communications does not by itself create a paid membership.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing a membership, product, or service.

  1. SMS AND TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

By providing your mobile telephone number and expressly opting in, you consent to receive conversational, informational, scheduling, account-related, and occasional promotional text messages from Renzo Gracie The Woodlands.
